Hi I've moved out of flat with my ex partner and how do I cancel or transfer to her?

You cannot transfer contracts.

You can call to give notice to cancel. You don't say what services... (As you may have to return certain hardware)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
