Disruption to sky Q

I received an email apologising for the disruption with my sky q and offering me a gift from the sky store buy and keep. I then bought the spiderman box set and sky then charged me for it and took it out of my June bill

You have been charged as you purchased this boxset which wasn't part of the promotion as there was only a set number of films available, there should have been a link in the email to the free films that were part of the offer.

That information would have been so helpful if there were in fact a 'Your sky gift' tab / section to have clicked on but it was not present.

It was there but it was a little bit hidden as quite as we saw a number of people asking on here where it was. That boxset you chose will have had a price shown which is why you have been charged for it.

You know when you've selected an included item as it shows as £0.00.  If it was anything else then you have purchased it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
