Transfer fees
So, transferred from EE to sky through sales guy in town and was told I'd received the £300 transfer fee to my account. Firstly I was totally misled as when i asked to my account he didnt specify it would be to sky account and not bank account which left me without the necessary funds for certain things...extremely angry at that but what is done is done.. so going forward i was then told to send all nesscesary information to receive the £300 which I have done and not surprising I've heard absolutely nothing and no refund...
Very frustrating company and as soon as able will transfer OUT....

Re: Transfer fees
@Nov000 if your claim is successful, your Sky account should be credited within 14 days of it being received. If that hasn't happened you can email them to chase. See Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer

Which bit of 'successful' do you not understand? The requirement for success is that you've demonstrated eligibility by sending the required documentation.

A claim wouldn't be successful if it didn't meet all the necessary criteria or if not all the required evidence/information has been provided.
Simplest thing to do is to email them and chase it up, as per the instructions in the link provided by @Mark39, and then a member of that team would be able to investigate and inform you what the problem is.
