I payed my sky mobile bill on the 21st and you have them took another £28 out my bank via direct debit which I have not even set up for my mobile

Find out moreThe payment you made might appear as a credit so will pay next months bill or you can call Sky to request that it is returned to you back that will not happen until sometime after Christmas now. 150 is the free number to use from your mobile to call them on.
