Took money for a service I’ve not yet have

So while I've started up a sky subscription I've not yet used it as there is a problem with connecting broadband to my property as a result I can't use the tv part of the package as it needs the internet to set it up and sky has took money for the tv part when I've not used it

Charging for Sky Stream commences automatically 3 weeks after delivery. It's not linked to your broadband service.
