To set up a payment plan

Can someone help me please, I did try calling yesterday but the phone cut off while I'd been put on hold and nobody called me back

This is a customer helps customer forum - if you explain your issue we may be able to direct... (note payment plans would only be applicable once you've left Sky)

Can someone call me please to set up a payment plan

I need to set up a payment plan and nobody seems to want to help, I called the other day as and the guy put me on hold then it cut off and he never called me back

@Bluegazstanton this is a public community forum of other Sky customers. No one from Sky will phone you on the back of a forum post.

 

Also Sky only do payment plans on closed accounts, they won't do anything on active or restricted accounts. Payment holidays are available but only on equipment that is being paid off under a credit agreement e.g Sky Glass TV, or mobile phones.
