Time expired

I've just tried setting up an account at my new address. Filled in the direct debit details and pressed next and then it said time expired so has my order gone through

@Nikki139 We can't tell you. This is primarily a customer to customer forum. The only way to know for sure is to ring Sky I'm afraid.
