They refuse basic consumer rights!
Skys handler has refused to raise a complaint on my behalf, he has refused my basic consumer rights. When asking for the call recording as an official DSAR he stated you can only get call recordings for 2 or more calls not for one. This is absolutely disgusting as a supplier to a consumer.

Re: They refuse basic consumer rights!
Hi @RobA7
You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers.
You may wish to consider making a complaint via the methods in this link.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
Sky will aim to resolve it in 10 days but really they have up to 6 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.

@RobA7 I'd suggest making your request in writing, using the prescribed form: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/customer-information-request
