The returns package you have sent me is too small

You have sent me a pre paid package for my Sky Q Box, Remote and cabling. The package is too small and I can only get the Sky Q Box in it and there is no room for the remote and cabling.

Also, do I have to return the Sky Broadband Router.

You can use any packaging you have or can get as you can print your own return label via this link, you can also see on here what you need to return so it will tell you if the router you have is one that needs to be returned:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
