The box I have been given is not big enough to fit all equipment

The box you have given is too small for all the equipment and do I include the hdmi cables?

As you have posted in the Sky+ forum you do not have to return this as you own this box so if you are not trying to return a Sky+ box then you can use any box you can get hold of and print your own return label via here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband


Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

 

You don't have to return the HDMI cables if you still need them.

If you've cancelled Sky Q and broadband the smaller packaging for the hub will arrive first as the notice period is 14 days. 

Larger packaging should arrive near the end of the 31 days notice period for a Sky Q box.
