I contacted Sky to try and cancel my Broadband due to the price increase and poor signal . I decided to go through the chat window as I like to have a record of the discussion . After a long wait I was finally through to a agent . At first it seemed like no one was there due to the lack of response . But after some chasing they seemed to engage . We started to discuss the changes and savings to try to come to a compromise . Then all of sudden this happens :
