Tesco voucher awaiting dispatch

Hi, 

I received a Tesco voucher for an issue I had with the sales department. I have accepted and followed the instructions but now it says awaiting dispatch and I can't do anything with it. 

has anyone come across this? How long do they normally take to get sent?

That is a question that does come up on here from time to time and sadly as customers we can't say for sure how long it will take but I can't imagine it will be to long.

I am still waiting for my Tesco Voucher since April 2025. I was told I would receive it in 3 to 4 weeks! I think I deserve a further voucher for Sky's ineficiency.

Since my post in September, I am still waiting for my Voucher! I thought BT were bad but I an seriously thing of either going back to them of another provider.
