Have you tried the link in the first post as the Tesco voucher might not be in the VIP section of the app.

Yes, and the link from the email I received from Sky. Nothing regarding tesco can be found.

Hello Katie_87, Same problem. Sky unable to solve problem too. Typical! If you go to Billing you may see it in the current month billing. That's the only indication. Like the word 'simply' in the email, nothing simple about Sky at all.

Hi, I was told I couldn't access it until my broadband was up and running, which it now has been for almost 3 weeks and still nothing! I feel very silly now for assuming this switch would be a good choice!
