Tesco Voucher Debacle

I 'claimed' £30 of Tesco vouchers via the MySky app (offered as compensation) but I didnt receive the actual vouchers 

Sky re-issued them, I re claimed them and I STILL haven't been emailed any usable vouchers ,despite being told I would receive them within 15mins - 4 hours

VERY boring but I accepted the vouchers rather than a lengthy refund process so I kind of want them


Anyone else had this problem / manage to get their vouchers issued?!!!
