Technical support visit 5 times: no credit for service loss days

Since renewing my contract in January... I've been having on going issues with broadband and TV. Had engineers out 5 times. Can't remember exactly how many days without service at this stage. No credit ever received. When you ring up they play dumb about the t&cs.... And then my price goes up!!! How can they get away with it?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Tk1952  You won't get any compensation until the issues are fixed for broadband see

regarding tv you would need to ask about a possible credit once the issue is fixed as there is no automatic right to compensation for tv
