Talking on the phone

How do i add my wife onto my account to talk about my account as I'm a vulnerable adult. Many thanks

If you give your wife the telephone password then she will be able to talk to Sky.

As long as she knows the answer to the security question she can speak on your behalf but can't cancel any part of the subscription.

 

Alternatively if there are health issues involved it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future particularly if there’s an issue communicating. Once registered there are also different methods of communication other than phoning so have a look at these related links… ~

  @Neil220678 if you don't currently have a verbal telephone password set up, give Sky a call and they'll set one up for you. Then all you need to do is tell your wife what it is, and she'll be able to call on your behalf. She won't, however, be able to cancel.
