Payment

You seem to be having problems taking money this month and last month from my usual direct debit details.

 

The account hasn't changed, the details have remained the same. 


I received a message saying you're having difficulty taking a payment and yet there are sufficient funds

What does your account show when you log in and check?

 

Is the mail really from Sky?  There are many scam mails around - and this might be trying to phish information from you if you click on any links...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
