Taking to much out of my account for sky

 I havea fixed sky payment of36 pound fifty pence until 8th October 2026 but you are taking 41 pound out of my account can you rectify this please

Hi @Susancuffin   Most (if not all) Sky subscriptions are subject to an Annual price increase. It will increase again in April 2026. I would review the terms and conditions that you agreed to when you started.

@Susancuffin as @MightyQuinn posted, Sky contracts are for a fixed term not a fixed price. If you're seeing a recent increase, compare the bill with a previous one to see where the difference is.
