My contract ended on 5th June, I payed on 15th May, running until 15th June. You have then taken a payment for June/July on the 15th June. I don't even have the equipment anymore!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYes, that's normal. The next month's bill will generate a credit back to the cessation date. (It's because bills are generated 14 days before payment date - they are generated completely as normal, including the month in advance even if your account is ending shortly afterwards)
The refund should be issued to you within 6 weeks after that.
Once your account shows a credit you may wish to ask Sky for the refund earlier (this can be done here by requesting an escalation).
You're talking to other customers here currently...

Now you have left do you see a credit on your account for this overpayment as it is this that can be refunded back to you.
