First two digits of account not recognised

Hello everyone!

 

Have been trying to order Sky Max router, when it asks for first two digits of account used to pay Sky subscription, it doesn't recognise them - when I know full well it's the correct account! It's very annoying!

Any help gratefully received.

@Hannah79 if the online ordering system isnt working give Sky a call.
