Taken 2 payments

I paid my bill manually a day before it was due. And now sky have taken a 2nd payment out of my bank account now leaving me with no money, food and fuel money to get to work. I want it refunding, please can you help me?

This where you have gone wrong as not only should there be no need to do this as Sky will automatically take it from you, but paying it just a day before is to late to stop Sky from taking from your payment method you have setup on your account.

 

All you have done by doing this is to add a credit to your account so if you can confirm that you see this then we can arrange some help for you tomorrow to get this refunded so do you now see a credit on your account ?

thankyou for your reply, I do feel like there shouldn't be a pay your bill button if this is the case, but I understand. 
I can see there is credit on my account and really would appreciate the help getting a refund.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

 Be aware that the process for reimbursing this overpayment will still take 3-5 working days for it to reach your bank account. It isn't instant.
