Taken 2 payments

Hi can you tell me why £48.50 was just taken out of my bank account when there is no dierct debit is set up,and when i paid my bill of £48.50 yesterday now you have left me with no money

@YvonneJones  Your T&C's state you need to have either a direct debit or a card payment setup on your account, as you've provided Sky with payment details they have collected via that.  Making Manual payments is unneccessary

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The T's and C's you've agreed to states you have to have a direct debit of continuous card payment set up. If you haven't then Sky will attempt payment from a financial source you have previous used.

 

Manual payments are unnecessary,
