TWO SKY ACCOUNTS

I have two Sky accounts.

1. Full Fibre cancelled before activation within the cooling off period

2. Sky Stream cancelled

3. A new account was set up

4. New account for partial fibre, ( suits my needs ) activation date has been impilmented and confirmed via SMS.

5. New Sky stream ordered

6. Disconnections have checked they can see the second account, for broadband, and stream.

7. How do I view this information via the app, which is showing only old terminated account.

Any help you can give me is appreciated.

Hi, Have you used the same email address for both accounts? If you have you would need to contact Sky and remove your email from the old account, you would then be able to view your new account on the app

Do you have any idea of what department I need to contact to unlink my email address, yes I used the same email address. Hence not being able to view new account.

I think any department would be able to delete the email address but failing that I'd follow the automated system towards Sky Stream cancellations

Hello Adam

I have my new account all set up after a call to Sky accounts team. It was their error, when the agent was setting up my account today, they inputted the incorrect email address, a typo.  This is why I was unable to see the new information either online or the app or view delivery of hub and router. 

The old account is now deactivated.
