The current basis TV package is Signature. Ultimate is basically Signature plus Netflix (with Ads).

This can be confusing you don't say  what sky system you have. If you have SkyQ the ultimate tv pack is just basic Netflix with ads  and you would also have signature which is the entertainment package. However if you have sky stream or glass ultimate tv  is the entertainment package package which also includes basic Netflix.
