Overcharging

[removed] £13.49 from an OAP and have been doing so for months. I don't have Netflex, never have. I rung every month you say you are dealing with the situation. Now you have put my bill up to over £114 for next month Is there no one who can help me?

We can't see your bills. You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

Perhaps you'd like to start from the beginning and explain what's happening and we may be able to offer some advice.
