Looking at your posting history it looks like your services were also restricted back in October and you were given the same advice then.

Could I pay part of my nill as I'm won't be able to complete all,just to get my services back on please.

Until you have paid the outstanding bill in full and reset up your payment method then Sky will not reinstate your services. If this bill hasn't been paid off after 56 days then Sky might cancel your account and chase you for any outstanding amount.

Thats what we are getting and we DO NOT even have a TV Subscription, someone clearly cannot read! 🤣
