Hi there. I'm sure when I signed up to Sky that they would cancel my virgin media. is this correct? Reason for asking is because I have heard from colleagues that they don't. Thank you in advance

@SuzieP71 Providing you have used the one touch switch service sky will cancel virgin broadband on your behalf, but what sky can't do under any circumstances is cancel virgin tv subscriptions , that is solely your responsibility

For Broadband yes it should be cancelled but not for any TV service you have with Virgin.
