Switching to sky
I Need help!
I thought I had switched to sky and that they cancel my previous broadband account with three but it hasn't. How do I contact sky about closing my old broadband account?

Re: Switching to sky
Hi @Rosie091 Why don't you contact your old provider and cancel it? I assume your new Sky account is active.

Note that one-touch-switch doesn't cover broadband delivered over a cellular network.

Actually if the old three broadband is still active the sky broadband can't be, as the both come down the same open reach lines. Sky and three are only the service providers the actual service to the property by open reach therefore , It a physical impossibility to have both service running together. There @Rosei091 needs to contact Sky to find out why broadband has been switched over. As it Sky that has to lease with three to have the old service cancelled so Sky can supply the new service. In this case should not yet be charging for service they are not supplying.

Three only use cellular data so everything you've written there is incorrect I'm afraid.

You didn't come back to confirm but just to reiterate, you can not use the OTS service to switch from a 4G/5G broadband service to automatically switch to an ISP that supplies broadband over the Openreach network (or any other altnet service such as Virgin or the Starlink satellite service).
You need to contact Three to cancel it giving your 31 days notice (or whatever their T&Cs state), presuming you're out of minimum term. There is nothing Sky can do for you regarding this.
