Switching Credit
I have just agreed to move from BT Broadband to Sky and have been offered up to £200 credit towards early termination charges.
I was just wondering how this credit can be used as the bills are paid by DD, which I dont wnat to cancel. Can it be refunded into my bank account if requested?
Thank you

Re: Switching Credit
The credit would stay on your account and would be used against your future bills so you could have two free onths with Sky where the bill is paid by the credit and nothing is taken via the direct debit until all the credit has been used.

Re: Switching Credit
Thank you.
Would Sky action this automatically or would this have to be requested?

Re: Switching Credit
Once the credit is on the account then this will happen automatically so you would not have to do a thing.
To get in your claim you must do this:
You must provide a copy of the bill from BT where you have been charged an early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @Sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
