Switched services from Sky to EE
Switched subscription from Sky to EE, with the undderstanding (assurance) from the ee switch tyeam that the change would be smooth and completely handled by ee. The swich-over stated on the 19th of August and a demand for final payment request for £43.87 was received from Sky. Payment was made on the 9th of September. I ceased being connected to any services from Sky on the 18th A postage envelope, in which the sky Q box was to be returned, was received from sky and was mailed by registered post on the 28th August. I keep getting a demand for payment for services and a £10 late fee. it has been impossible to log into my account details with sky. Telephone contacts also been cut off. Chats are not being responded to unless the "outstanding" amount is first paid. How do I get a correspondence to the right table at sky?

Pay the amount Sky claims is overdue and you'll be able to speak to them. If Sky has got it wrong, they'll refund you from the date your services terminated.

EE can only cancel broadband services, they cannot cancel an TV subscriptions with Sky that has to be done by the account holder.

Sky was informed of my intention to cancel my subcription. A Return postage envelope for ther sky eq
I changed my broadband and TV subscriptions to EE from Sky. The understanding was that EE was going to hand the change with Sky directly. Sky informed me 2 days before the switch that ia bill for cancellation for the broadband serverce was due. This was duely paid in spetember. A return envelope was sent by sky for the equipment and kits lease tome. These were also duely sent. As at the date of the swith, NONe of the services hitherto provided by sky could be accessed. I could not even log in to my account details on the sky platform. A demand for payment had been coming to me. I had managed to get through to some agent of Skyu's in october and the issue of cancelation was discussed. I had also posted this kind of letter to a chat platyform. Unfortunately for me, the rinvitation to a chat session with a sky agent was not seen within the time alloted. I need a closure. how do it get to discuss with someone? how do i get a final bill with both the broadband and TV services?
Thank you

I have merged your post to the one from earlier this month to give some background to advice already provided.
Whilst a different provider can notify Sky of their taking over a broadband connection the same does not apply for a TV subscription.

Collect what?
If you have sky equipment you need to return, then it should be returned via the postal service, using the free return service . In the UK Royal Mail will come and collect
parcels direct from you if you arrange it with them.
