Cancelled sky but can’t update Disney+ account

I subscribed to Disney+ via sky but have now cancelled my sky Q so no more tv but i can't seem to update the payment method on my Disney+ account as it's still linked to my cancelled sky subscription. How do I unlink the Disney+ account to set up my own payment method?

Is your Sky subscription still active for now, or has it completely terminated at this point?

If it's completely terminated but it's still not working I would first try calling Sky to see if they can unlink it, and if that doesn't work I'd try Disney+. It's not quite clear whose responsibility it is to do that unlinking but as payment is via Sky I imagine they're responsible.

No I don't think it's completely cancelled yet. I can still access channels. Maybe I should wait a few days? Disney+ have said it's up to sky to unlink.

@helmat78 Yeah I think it'll happen once your packages fully cease.
