Ive switched over to sky and need to pay my virgin exit fees. I swear the man kn the ohone said we can claim the money back but not finding this answer on the website its saying sky credit account. Does this mean I wont get my money back it will jist be credited to my account instead

Correct, the money is credited to your Sky account ( essentially meaning it will cover a period of your sky bills).
