Switch credit

I cannot get hold of of anyone at sky regarding my switch credit I have sent all relevant evidence from my last supplier and atta proof of final bill payment but I have not had any information when credit will be applied

Hi @Paul947   I would triple check that you have followed the instructions to the letter and sent a bill copy clearly showing the early termination cost(s), the value to be credited, subject to a maximum, document and proof that you have paid it.

If you haven't been emailed to ask for the details again then this is probably a good sign that it is being processed so keep an eye on your bills for the credit to appear.
