Switch credit request

Applied for switch credit and it's been 3 weeks and havnt heard a thing and not getting anywhere with sending emails to them

@LouiseM1973 assuming you are contacting the email address here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer with all of the details listed then it should only take roughly 2 weeks to respond. So 3 weeks is fairly slow. You can try calling Sky's customer services to see if they can chase it up for you.

Hi, Sky customer services cannot help you unfortunately. You would need to email the switch credit team - switchingcredit@sky.uk

Yeh which I have done 6 times now and still they send the same message how many times do they need me to send the info off 🙃

If you are being sent the same messages then are you sending of the correct details that they require:

 

You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous supplier where you have been charged an early termination fee and it must be clearly shown and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
