Switch credit refund

After getting proof from Virgin I emailed switch credit refund with photographic evidence of payment. This was on May 1st. I've not had any response whatsoever since then,is thinking normal?

@Paul6810 Sky recommend you contact the switching credit team if you haven't heard from them after 14 days, but check your junk/spam email folder and your Sky account (where the credit will be applied) first.
