My account suspended but I've set up direct debit and I don't owe anything

@Diana38  Where you late in paying your bill?  If so how long?  If more than 2 weeks Sky will want the next months bill paying.  If more than 56 days Sky may have terminated the account.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
