Overpayment

I spoke to someone today at sky about the over charge of £67 being put on my bill I was assured that it would be taken off and that I only need to pay the £72 then it would update itself use have now taken the full amount out and have now taken my kids food moneyy shopping money hadn't came out yet and now I can't get anymore shopping for the month I need this refund ASAP this is disgusting behaviour use are now starving kids I don't have 3-5 days to wait for this sort of money and now my food shop will be cancelled I can't have this credited to my account on sky I need it refunded back to my bank

Do you have a question for other customers?  We can't refund you...

 

Refunds do take 3 to 5 working days.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

What do you mean by an overcharge, do you mean you bill has increased by £67 because if so this will have happened if a discount you had on your account has ended as discounts do have an end date.
