Suspended account

Whilst I was checking information for a sky package my account has come up as suspended.  
I have emailed Sky help centre 29/9/2025 had no information except automated reply saying  I should get a personal reply within 24hrs and not to reply to automated email.

@as1995  do you have any existing sky services and are they actually currently working?

 

sky doesn't use email as a chat route so I wouldn't be surprised if don't get a response from whichever email address you sent it to
