Suspended account

My account has been suspended and I do not the reason why I pay my bill every month by direct debit I last pay it on the 15 th of August and the bill was 108 85 pence will you look in to this as! I haven't got a phone because you have suspended my account I am not prepared to pay 115 pound to it reinstated as I have always paid on time

@Neya2012 This is a community for other Sky customers, not a method to contact Sky customer services. Unfortunately, when an account is restricted due to non-payment, the way to restore services ( and indeed even get Sky to talk to you) is to pay what they think you owe, and then you can speak to someone to query it. Alternatively, you could try messaging the Sky Help Team account on X or Facebook and see if they can check your account and see what is going on ( however, it's possible they may only suggest you pay what is demanded, and then they may be able to help further).
