@jimmyg1234  Sky won't suspend an account temporarily regardless of the reason.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@jimmyg1234

And they'll argue that at least in theory you'll have the use of Sky Go during that period.

@jimmyg1234

You've been correctly advised that Sky won't do what you're asking.

@jimmyg1234  You are not addressing sky by posting on here and you won't get a response from them we are a customer helps customer forum only who offer advice on sky policy and products

the advice given in your other thread about suspending payments for 30 days are correct you can't suspend payments

as for cancelling your direct debit that will do nothing other than cause you more problems than answers and won't get any contact from sky other than demands to setup the payment method again or your services will be suspended indefinitely until they are restored or you risk the complete cancellation of your account if no payment is made within 56 days of the first unpaid bill due date

Hi @jimmyg1234   You do know that you are only communicating with other customers, not Sky customer services? Please see Welcome below. Whatever you do, don't suspend your DD, as this will lead to all sorts of financial difficulties.

Thanks, @SKY1992bf I hadn't spotted that. Merged together.
