Suspend sky package for 1 month from 1 February
I am away for February 2025. As I pay £195 more or less per month, is it possible to suspend my package for the month of February 2025 only?

No. Sky don't suspend accounts like you wish to do.
As an aside, if you're paying £195pm it sounds like a lot of your discounts have expired and you're paying full undiscounted rates.
