Supposed to get Paramount and I cant get on to it

I'm supposed to get Paramount plus with Sky movies but keep getting message "we'll be back soon something went wrong with this"?

Have you activated Paramount Plus as this needs to be done before you can access the content:

I have done this and it doesnt give me the option - it just comes up with the error above, i can't at the moment "activate" it
