Subscriptions

I have noticed I pay for sky kids but I don't use it no more and want to remove this subscription but don't know how 2

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them because the discounts were provided on the understanding you’d be paying for the full period. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.

There isn't no discount thing when paying for this it's separate and every time I go to contact sky always says unavailable at this time and trying to remove it through MySky it's just impossible haha I just don't use it and if I'm not using ovbs best off removing

Why not just phone customer service to cancel  which you can do by giving 31 days notice, I know as I also cancelled Sky kids a few months ago, 10 minutes phone call all  sorted. When you get though on the phone you will get the automated system, tell want, it will probably try to send you a link. Ignore that, it will then ask you "if that all" or words to that effect, say "no" after asking if you are the Sky account holder and your password it will connect to human customer service adivce.
