About Phone Bill

I got an IPhone 17 last month & it's a £35 a month contract but for this months payment it says I owe £63.80. Its £25 for the month itself & I also pay an extra £10 on top for the data unlimited texts & calls deal. I've checked through my profile & the bill says £3.80 for chargeable messages. Which is photo texts but I haven't sent any out. I also don't know why it says £63.80 for the total bill. When the phone it's self is £25 a month & then I pay the extra £10 on top for the bonus's.

@DeclanWoolloff

Long text messages are transferred to sms messages. These are charges at 95p each. The breakdown of your bill should highlight these charges in detail.

I recommend turning the MMS protocol off on your phone settings.  Whilst you may not have knowingly used them your device can automatically do so...
