@Nick305 We dont't know as we are customers here, what does your account show?   Your discounts are what end, your contract only ends when it's cancelled as long as it's outside the discounted period.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Nick305 its worth noting that your subscription don't expire, its the minimum term as part of the agreed contract that expires. Once the minimum term ends, you typically start paying list price for your subscription and go onto a 31-day rolling contract. Subscriptions don't end until you contact Sky and invoke the requisite notice period for each service.

 

You can identify when your minimum term ends, either by looking at the original contract information, which is available at https://www.sky.com/my-messages or altenatively checking your package at https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv which should indicates when your offer period ends for various packages.
