Subscription renewal

Why has sky renewed the contract on my sky tv, broadband & phone package when I didn't agree to it? Then emailing me thanking me for my renewal confirmation.  I never confirmed this & am now tied into to another 18month contract which I do not want!!

Have you called Sky and spoken to them about this as nobody here is going to be able to say for sure what has happened and for why if you have not made any changes to your account or package recently.

Contacted them online but it was a chatbot,  was told someone would call me within the hour but needless to say no one has!!

Try calling again and this time stay on the line and say No to any questions asked.
