My contract ended 26th May, but a direct debit was taken on 1st June.
despite 3 phone calls, I still don't have this back. Earlier in the week I was assured it has been refunded to me and that it was a fault with my bank (funny how the direct debit was so easy to take). The amount is still showing as a credit towards my next bill, which I clearly won't have now.
anyone else had this issue and found a way to get it sorted?
I raised a complaint, but heard nothing back,

Refunds generally take 6 weeks to reimbursed. Bills are generated 14 days before the payment date so at that point (1 June) you were still a customer. If you've been told it has been refunded as a result of your call this usually takes 3-5 working days.
