Stream TV account not loading

When I try to log into my account and click on the TV section whether it be via the app or on the webpage I receive the "Sorry we're having technical difficulties " same for my wife too on her phone / desktop

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with tomorrow you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
