Still waiting for refund

I cancelled my sky contract at the end of May and was told to keep my direct debit open to get the refund. 8 weeks later still no refund although I see in your details the refund is done automatically after 6 weeks.

Generally yes, though it may be taking a little longer currently.

We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can request a manual refund within 5 days, via a private  online chat, if you wish.

I'm assuming your Sky account shows a credit.
