Hi
My skytv and broadband account was closed on July 4th and money is still beind taken from my bank account. i have tried getting though by phone but after several phone conversations i have got nowhere,
My Sky account was closed and I still have an active mobile account which is not linked to this. I have sent back the equipment by registered post so should not be charged. I also cannot access Skytv. Money has come out of my account on 19th July 20th August and 19th Sept all various amounts.
can anyone help with why this is happening
