Still taking money

Hi

 

  My skytv and broadband account was closed on July 4th and money is still beind taken from my bank account.  i have tried getting though by phone but after several phone conversations i have got nowhere,

 

My Sky account was closed and I still have an active mobile account which is not linked to this. I have sent back the equipment by registered post so should not be charged. I also cannot access Skytv. Money has come out of my account on 19th July 20th August and 19th Sept  all various amounts.

can anyone help with why this is happening

@Steve1212  How did you cancel? Did you get email confirmation?

 

if you switched broadband provider who did you switch to

How did you cancel your TV and Broadband/Talk subscriptions? Did you receive emails from Sky acknowledging the cancellations?
